In the field of crypto-assets, the focus of his forensic work includes in particular:

  • Valuation of crypto-assets (e.g., utility tokens, security tokens, asset-referenced tokens, e-money tokens, ETFs, ETNs)
  • Valuation of derivative crypto-asset products (e.g., futures, options, swaps)
  • Valuation of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens)
  • Valuation of DeFi (Decentralized Finance) products (e.g., lending, borrowing, staking, or liquidity mining)
  • Wallet transactions (e.g., software wallets such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or hardware wallets such as Ledger, Trezor)
  • Review of trading bots
  • Investigation of market manipulation and insider trading
  • Review of material disclosures (e.g., financial information, functionality, offering terms, risk disclosures, and costs) in liability matters involving defective documents (e.g., prospectuses, securities information sheets, or crypto-asset white papers)
